To Half Note βρίσκεται στη δυσάρεστη θέση να ανακοινώσει ότι οι προγραμματισμένες εμφανίσεις της Candye Kane στο Half Note από 04/04 έως 08/04 ακυρώνονται.  Επιπλοκές στην ήδη επιβαρυμένη υγεία της Candye δεν της επιτρέπουν να ταξιδέψει στην Αθήνα και να πραγματοποιήσει τις συναυλίες της. Το Half Note εύχεται η Candye να βγει νικήτρια και από αυτή τη μάχη.

“Regrets to announce that due to a horrible bronchial infection on top of my already debilitating pancreatic cancer symptoms, i am forced to cancel my appearance at the Half Note in Athens and go home early. I am so sorry. I am no quitter but my body is exhausted. I can’t sing and I need to get ready for the second biggest fight of my life when i undergo whipple revision surgery on april 27th. Thank you all for your kind understanding and your support. This was a really tough decision but it was the right one.
